GetMarried.com pitted two top pastry chefs, one being Mark Brickman of Baker’s Man, Inc., against each other for the best wheatless wedding cake for a bride with a gluten allergy. Not only were the cakes judged by appearance, but the winning gluten-free cake needed to have outstanding flavor to please both the bride and her wedding guests.
