This sculpted airplane specialty cake was created for a pilot that was retiring after 40 years with Northwest Airlines. The cake design is based on the actual plane that he has flown. The decor is created with sugar fondant icing and the board is also covered with colored sugar fondant icing. This presentation will serve 60-80 guests.
