This sculpted groom's cake is a replica of a brook trout. This fish theme cake will serve 20-30 guests. The decor on the trout is created with sugar fondant icing. Then the cake is sprayed with a pearlized metalic edilbe food coloring. The rehearsal dinner took place in Atlanta, Georgia.
